The former factory around Manufactura Łódź is undergoing a great transformation. In the immediate vicinity, we proposed an office park design consisting of 8 office,
hotel and residential buildings with services on the ground floor. Inside the entire urban layout we left a historic building that generates space around it – a square.
The old square with a new quality and confidence presents itself against the background of elegantly tailored and strainghtened facades of contemporary buildings.
